'The Sun's Gon' Shine In My Backdoor Someday'

The Sun's Gon' Shine In My Backdoor Someday' is just one of 15 of Carole's work that will be in the exhibition “Textile Extensions: Quilts in a New Context” which opens at the Marshall M. Fredericks Sculpture Museum Oct. 2. A reception to meet the artist will be held at the Museum Saturday, Oct. 3 from 2 to 4 p.m. Those wishing to attend are asked to RSVP by calling 989-964-7082. Carole will talk about her work, the art of design and quilting, at the Museum on Wednesday, Oct. 21 at 4:00 p.m. The lecture is free and open to the public.   1. I'm a member of SAQA in New Jersey, and I came across your site. Beautiful work especially the ghosts in the forest quilt. As an art quilter, I appreciate the difficulty of this quilt, and I think it's just beautiful.
